Welcome to VOID OF COLOR. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VOID OF COLOR LLC. We operate this website and online store (together, the “Services”) to bring you a curated, all-black wardrobe experience. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use our Services. If you allow a minor to use our Services through a device you own or manage, you are responsible for their activity.

You may be required to provide personal and payment information to place an order. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and you are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

We strive to present our products accurately. However, colors and textures may appear differently on your screen depending on your device and settings. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.

3. Orders & Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. An order is considered accepted once payment is processed and confirmed by us.

Please review your order carefully before submitting; once accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. Orders are subject to our Refund Policy for returns.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless otherwise noted.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all amounts due. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including text, images, graphics, designs, and other materials — is owned by VOID OF COLOR or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The VOID OF COLOR name and logo are trademarks of VOID OF COLOR. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

Except as expressly allowed in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or tools we do not control. Accessing them is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Relationship with Shopify

VOID OF COLOR is powered by Shopify, but all sales are between you and VOID OF COLOR. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase, and you release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with us.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts our store, certain information you provide will be shared with Shopify to process and deliver your order.

10. Feedback

If you share ideas, reviews, or feedback with us, you grant us the right to use them for any purpose without obligation to you.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update or change information on the Services without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida. For disputes arising from or related to orders shipped from our New York location, you also agree to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, NY.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
