SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping will be available soon.
We offer complimentary standard shipping across the U.S., with delivery in 3 – 5 business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii typically arrive within 9 – 11 business days. Expedited shipping is available for $25 and delivers within 2 – 3 business days (not available in Alaska or Hawaii). All orders are shipped with trusted national carriers, chosen for speed and reliability.
In-stock items ship within 1 – 2 business days. Orders placed after 1PM ET will be processed the following business day. Pre-order items will ship on the date listed in the product description.

Tracking updates can take 24 – 48 hours after your order ships. If there are no updates beyond that timeframe, email concierge@voidofcolor.com and we’ll investigate.
ORDER
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also look up your order anytime through Account by entering your email address. We will send you a one-time verification code. From there, you can view your order history, fulfillment status, and tracking details.

Please email us at concierge@voidofcolor.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel it or update your shipping details. Please note that we cannot combine orders, change sizes, add or remove pieces, or edit billing details once an order is placed. If you need a different size or style, the best option is to cancel (if unprocessed) and place a new order. Cancellations are not permitted during promotional or sale periods. This restriction will also be noted at checkout during those times.
Please email us at concierge@voidofcolor.com. If your package is lost in transit, we’ll do everything we can to assist. However, we cannot be held responsible once proof of delivery has been issued.
PRODUCT
We release in curated volumes, not seasons. Each drop is intentional, designed to live in your wardrobe for years. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when new pieces arrive.
If an item is marked Back in Stock Soon, it’s already in production and will return shortly. For other pieces, restocks aren’t always guaranteed. Many of our styles are intentionally produced in limited runs.
That said, your voice matters to us. If there’s a piece you missed, email concierge@voidofcolor.com and let us know. We review every request, and if there’s enough interest, we’ll do our best to bring it back.
Some pieces featured on our social media may be upcoming releases or limited archive styles. If it’s not listed online, it may be launching soon or part of a past drop.

RETURNS
Yes. Return shipping is free on all U.S. orders. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or return.
We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.
If you select expedited shipping ($25), that fee is non-refundable if the order is returned.

You can start a return anytime through Account by entering your email address. We’ll send you a one-time verification code to access your order, select the items you’d like to return, and submit your request. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

Once you ship your return, it typically takes 3 – 5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. After we receive and inspect your item(s), please allow 5 – 7 business days for us to complete the return process.
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 5 – 10 business days after your return has been processed.
Please email us at concierge@voidofcolor.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos. Our team will review and assist you with a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
We don’t offer exchanges just yet. As a small, hands-on team, we’re focused on making every order perfect the first time. For now, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead. We’re working hard to make exchanges available soon.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards. We are also working on offering additional payment methods in the near future.
As an e-commerce company based in the U.S., we are required to collect sales tax where applicable. Tax rates and requirements vary by state and may change over time depending on local regulations.
No. You don’t need to create an account to shop with us. After checkout, you can look up your order or start a return anytime by entering your email in Account. We’ll send you a one-time verification code to access your details.
GIFT CARD
Yes. VOID OF COLOR Virtual Gift Cards are available online. Each card is delivered instantly by email with a unique code, redeemable exclusively at voidofcolor.com. Balances carry over until fully used. No fees. No expiration.
No. Our gift cards never expire.
All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
