How do I place a return?

We're sorry you didn't love our products. We made returns super simple for you by including a BLACKBAG with a Return Label attached in the original package along with a Return Form, and it's FREE!

Please complete the RETURN section on the form, simply place a completed form with item(s) you wish to return, and seal the bag! Drop off at the nearest USPS or Click here to schedule a pickup!  

Please note that without a Return Form, we are unable to process your return. Make sure to include it in a BLACKBAG when shipping back to us! 

NOTE : BLACKBAG is not included in the original package for your return when your order is a single small accessory, such as Crepe Ultra Long Slim Tie. Please use the original package, BLACKMAILER, place the provided Return Label OVER an original Shipping Label to process your return. 


Help! I can't find my Return Form and BLACKBAG. 

Don't worry - Just shoot us an email at and we'll send you a Return Form and a Return Label via email. All you need to do is to find any poly mailers, and pack your item(s) and ship it back to us! 


What's your Return Policy? 

All returns must be processed within 14 days from the date your order was processed

All items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have the original hangtag, brand label, size label, and care content labels attached. Otherwise, we will be unable to provide you a full refund.

Please note that all of our Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund. 


When will I receive my refund?

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Email us at and we can guide you through! 

Please note that If you selected RUSH shipping method at the checkout, the shipping charge will not refunded when you return item(s). 


How long does it take to process a return? 

Credit card refunds usually take 5 - 10 business days to appear on your statement. We will process the refund after we received item(s) from you. We will email you as soon as we receive the returns! 


What should I do if I receive the wrong product? 

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact and we'll be sure to get you the VOID/əv/COLOR you ordered!
