Where do you ship?

We currently ship only to the 50 states in US. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We are working on bringing VOID/əv/COLOR everywhere around the world. 

 

Tell me about shipping methods.  

We offer two shipping speeds.

1: STANDARD (3 - 5 business days) - FREE.

2: RUSH (1 - 2 business days) - $36.00

Please note that we only offer Rush Shipping to the 48 contiguous states. 

 

When will my order ship?

Here's how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. 

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm EST are processed the next business day.) Then our carriers takes it from there. You'll get a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

 

How long will it take to ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to those states may take up to 9 - 11 business days in some cases. 

 

I'm having problems with the tracking. 

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1 - 2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn't updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via TEAMvoc@voidofcolor.com.

 

How can I edit my shipping address? 

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us at TEAMvoc@voidofcolor.com. Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly, but we'll do our best to edit your address.

Where is your product made? 

All of our products are assembled in USA, New York to be precise! Our products are made with great attention to details. Our manufactures are well-established in the business for over 20 years providing excellent services and producing high-quality products. - Because Quality matters to us. 

 

Where is your fabric made? 

All of our fabrics are made and imported from JAPAN. Our CEO & Chief Creative Officer was born in Japan and now a US Citizen, we take a great deal of pride in supporting both countries. 

 

What size range do you offer? 

Currently we offer Small, Medium and Large, but we are working on bringing more range to our customers.

 

Do you only offer BLACK? 

Yes! We truly are loyal to Black. We believe black looks great on anybody at any ages, shapes and styles. We stand behind 100% on what we believe in. 

 

How can I find out more information about a product?

Can I sell the products on my own site?

Unfortunately, your purchase of VOID/əv/COLOR products is only for your personal use. By purchasing VOID/əv/COLOR products, you are agreeing not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purpose. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.

How do I place a return?

We're sorry you didn't love our products. We made returns super simple for you by including a BLACKBAG with a Return Label attached in the original package along with a Return Form, and it's FREE!

Please complete the RETURN section on the form, simply place a completed form with item(s) you wish to return, and seal the bag! Drop off at the nearest USPS or Click here to schedule a pickup!  

Please note that without a Return Form, we are unable to process your return. Make sure to include it in a BLACKBAG when shipping back to us! 

NOTE : BLACKBAG is not included in the original package for your return when your order is a single small accessory, such as Crepe Ultra Long Slim Tie. Please use the original package, BLACKMAILER, place the provided Return Label OVER an original Shipping Label to process your return. 

 

Help! I can't find my Return Form and BLACKBAG. 

Don't worry - Just shoot us an email at TEAMvoc@voidofcolor.com and we'll send you a Return Form and a Return Label via email. All you need to do is to find any poly mailers, and pack your item(s) and ship it back to us! 

 

What's your Return Policy? 

All returns must be processed within 14 days from the date your order was processed

All items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have the original hangtag, brand label, size label, and care content labels attached. Otherwise, we will be unable to provide you a full refund.

Please note that all of our Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund. 

 

When will I receive my refund?

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Email us at TEAMvoc@voidofcolor.com and we can guide you through! 

Please note that If you selected RUSH shipping method at the checkout, the shipping charge will not refunded when you return item(s). 

 

How long does it take to process a return? 

Credit card refunds usually take 5 - 10 business days to appear on your statement. We will process the refund after we received item(s) from you. We will email you as soon as we receive the returns! 

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product? 

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact TEAMvoc@voidofcolor.com and we'll be sure to get you the VOID/əv/COLOR you ordered! 

 

Can I keep the BLACKBOX? 

Absolutely! Even if you are returning all products, you can certainly keep your BLACKBOX. I hope you will find the way to utilize to give a 2nd life - and even better that it's recyclable.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed. 

 

Can I remove a saved payment method?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders. 

 

What can I do if my payment is declined? 

Don't worry! Here are a few things you can do to check if your payment didn't go through: Check that your card's billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you've entered into our system. 

Perhaps, your card may be expired? 

Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don't tell us the reason for this, so it's best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at TEAMvoc@voidofcolor.com.

How can I update my order?

Please email us at TEAMvoc@voidofcolor.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we'll do our best to process your request. 

 

How can I check the status of my order?

You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your order and when your order ships. We will also send you email notifications of order, shipping, shipping updates, and delivery confirmations to you, so you can keep and eye on your BLACKBOX to follow its journey!   

 

Can I use multiple discount codes at checkout? 

Unfortunately, you can only use one discount code per order.

What is a BLACKCARD?

BLACKCARD is a Virtual Gift Card that you can give, receive from someone or from us! 

 

How can I redeem a BLACKCARD?

Lucky you! When someone gifted you a BLACKCARD, you will receive an email with a unique 16-digit code. If you have mistakenly deleted from your inbox, please contact us at TEAMvoc@voidofcolor.com. We will send you an email with the code! 

 

How can I pay with a BLACKCARD?

BLACKCARD works like a store credit on VOIDOFCOLOR.COM. You can simply enter the code at the checkout. If you do not have enough balance in your card to complete the purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with your credit card. 

 

How can I check my balance?

You can enter the code at the checkout to see how much you have in your card, or simply shoot us an email at TEAMvoc@voidofcolor.com. Please provide us with a unique 16-digit code, so our team will easily pull the information and provide you with an accurate remaining balance. 

 

My code isn't working! 

Sorry about that! If you are having trouble using your BLACKCARD, please email us immediately at TEAMvoc@voidofcolor.com. We will issue a new BLACKCARD right away! 

 

Can a BLACKCARD be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Absolutely! Our BLACKARD is a form of payment. You can use it just like your credit card. 

 

Can I use a discount code to purchase a BLACKCARD?

Unfortunately, you are not able to use any discount codes to purchase a BLACKCARD

 

How long does personalization process take?

Our Creative team can only start personalizing your BLACKCARD when we receive both an order and a request from you. Process takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders & requests placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day.)

 

Will I receive a confirmation email when you send a BLACKCARD to a recipient?  

Of course! We will send you an email to confirm you that your gift is sent to your lucky recipient.
